All the information of your order is accessible from your customer account. We will send you an order confirmation email, and an email of dispatch of your order, with a link to track your package. By clicking on the tracking number you are automatically directed to the site of our carrier, and you can track the shipment of your package.

It is possible to modify your order before validation of the basket.

Once the order is validated and paid, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order.

It can happen that the preparation of your order is partially delayed. In order not to make you wait, we send you a first parcel with the available articles. The following packages will arrive in the same time. We apologize for the wait and the inconvenience caused by these multiple shipments.
