A story of Men...
The son of seed merchants in Colmar, Serge Voltz created his own company in 1985 to distribute vegetable and flower seeds to market gardeners and horticulturalists. "Graines Voltz" was born.
Over the years, he has surrounded himself with expert technicians who share his passion for the product, to support its development.
37 years later, Graines Voltz has become the first independent French family business in this market.

The reasons for this success? Serge Voltz adds two essential values to his passion for plants: freedom and boldness. The freedom to explore all the possibilities offered by natural genetic diversity to satisfy his customers. And the boldness to not only market the most profitable products.
For Graines Voltz, proximity to our customers is not just a question of being present on the ground. It starts very early on with the precise identification and anticipation of all their needs and those of the sectors in which they sell.
To remain true to this DNA, we have set up an organisation dedicated to market gardening. The team VOLTZ Maraîchage team now provides you with services fully adapted to your specific needs, whether you are in conventional or organic production.
