GRAINES VOLTZ's CSR approach is an integral part of the Group's strategic plan.
More than a legal obligation, CSR permeates the entire activity of the company with a view to overall performance and the creation of value shared with stakeholders.
Diversity, organic and short circuit
Our customers are increasingly concerned about their impact on the environment and the health and taste quality of food products.
We have oriented our activities accordingly, developing short circuits, organic products and urban farms. Not forgetting varietal diversity, which is one of our main strengths.

Our organic commitment
The VOLTZ Maraîchage team is guided by a strong conviction that tomorrow's agriculture will require healthier food, respecting both man and nature. In 1998, Serge Voltz decided to go organic.

The search for energy savings and respect for the environment are among GRAINES VOLTZ's main decision-making criteria. In terms of resources, the company has adopted a continuous improvement approach from the outset to optimise its consumption.
Among the main axes:
- Installation of photovoltaic panels on our main sites.
- Renewal of our car fleet with petrol or hybrid cars by 2023.
- Setting up an eco-responsible logistics system.
People at the heart of the project
Respect for people has been one of Graines Voltz's key values from the outset. This means maintaining a genuine social dialogue, but also trusting and caring for each employee.
