DELIVERY

The preparation and shipping costs amount to 9 euros.

They will appear directly in the summary of your order.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an e-mail when we hand over the goods to our carrier.

For deliveries in France, the carrier is Colissimo. For the other countries of the Schengen area, the carrier is DHL Express.

The carrier's deadline is given as an indication. It is possible that your order may be sent in several shipments. If this is the case, this will be specified in your customer account and on the shipping email you will receive.

You have the possibility to choose the delivery address of your choice when you enter your order. We ask you to be vigilant about the accuracy of your address. If the package has not been delivered due to an error on your part, we will be able to arrange for a new shipment to the changed address once the package has been received by us.

This second shipment will then be at your expense. We draw your attention to the fact that you must place your order on the website of the country in which you wish to be delivered.

If you have already placed an order with us and have been referred to a sales representative, you will be able to choose your delivery date.

If not, we are sorry, you will not have the possibility to choose your delivery date, and it will be done in the wake of your order.

In case of absence, the parcel is deposited in the letter box if it complies with postal service standards, except for bulky parcels. In this case, a delivery notice will be left and will indicate the procedure to be followed.
