We are certified by the Ecocert organization. We would like to inform you that the vegetable seeds we sell are, to the best of our knowledge, the result of classic methods of plant improvement, in accordance with French and European legislation.

The Ecocert certificate and the non-GMO certificate are available on request in the contact form by selecting the reason: Request for certificates and attestations.

If you encounter a germination problem, we suggest you make a complaint.

For this, you will have to send us precise information about your order (batch number, storage conditions, sowing condition....) in the contact form.

No action can be taken by you for the defects appearing:

- 50 days after delivery of the products when the defects concern the germination capacity,

- within the normal sowing period immediately following delivery where the defects relate to the authenticity of the seed, its varietal purity and specific purity.

It should be noted that in the case of a claim relating to identity, varietal purity, or germinative faculty, our liability, in the absence of agreement, may in no case exceed the total value of the articles delivered.

Furthermore, we are not liable for any repackaging, handling, reprocessing or poor storage conditions.
