RULES

Two cases exist:

You are already a customer of ours and your account is associated with a technical sales representative

When you place your order, you will pay for it according to your usual payment methods.

You are not yet a customer of ours or only an internet customer:

For all orders under 200 euros, payment is made in full at the time of order by credit card

For all orders over 200 euros, payment is made either in full at the time of ordering by credit card, or in 3 instalments without charge by credit card. The choice is yours.

With this last solution, you can spread the amount of your payment over 3 debits: 35% at the time of the order, 35% at D+30 and 30% at D+60. This solution is reserved for holders of a bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, Carte Bleue) valid for at least 60 days after the date of conclusion of the instalment contract.

Your credit card payment is secured with the CIC via the secure platform Monetico Paiement. When you enter your bank details (credit card number, expiry date, three-digit code), you are directly connected to the Euro-Information servers of the Crédit Mutuel group.

The transmission of your personal information and bank details is completely secure thanks to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process. We therefore have no knowledge of your credit card number and it is not stored.

Your card is charged when you validate your order.

Your invoice will be sent with your package. It will also be available in your personal space as soon as your package is sent.
