CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

If you already have a Graines VOLTZ customer account, you can use it on the site to connect. All you need is your account number or the associated email and your password.

If you have any concerns, please contact us via the contact form.

If you are unable to log in: make sure you use the same email address (or the customer account number you were given) and the same password as when you registered.

 

If you have forgotten your password: just click on "Forgotten password". Fill in your e-mail address or account number and we will automatically send you an e-mail allowing you to regenerate your password. Check your spam or junk mail carefully.

 

If the problem persists, send us a message in the Contact section of the site.

Click on 'My Account' at the top right of your screen, then click on the forgotten password link and enter the customer account email address or your customer account number.

You will receive an e-mail containing a link allowing you to choose a new password. Check your spam or junk mail carefully. Click on the link in the email and choose your new password, validate.

You can ask to unsubscribe to our newsletter by sending us a message in the contact form.

Your registration is effective as soon as you create your account on the site. You will then receive a welcome e-mail reminding you of your login details. Don't forget to check in your junk mail if you don't receive it in your inbox.
